About
About Pilarres
Pilarres EOOD is a software company in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. We design, build and operate the Bicyr family of platforms, starting with Bicyr Cangor, our events platform, which opens on 1 October 2026. Alongside that work we take on a small number of consulting engagements.
What we do
The Bicyr platforms are our own products, which we build and operate rather than deliver as client work. Bicyr Cangor, the first of them, opens on 1 October 2026. Consulting comes second: a limited number of engagements in IT consulting and management services, the work recorded on the Bulgarian Commercial Register as computer consultancy activities (NCEA group 62.20).
Where we're based
Pilarres EOOD is registered at Bulevard 6-ti Septemvri 152, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
